If you have a KitchenAid, this is a budget-friendly option. The flour is a bit courser than with the above grain mills.

- Mill just enough flour for one day's baking and use it right after milling .
- Store unused flour in an airtight container for no more than 24 hours to retain nutrients.
- Mill different grains seperately and use as need in mixed grain recipes
- Soak freshly milled flour in water and whey or water and yogurt for 12-24 hours before adding yeast and other ingredients, for optimum digestion.
