MyGrainMill.com is written by Maria, a breadmaking hobbyist who enjoys milling flour,  trying a variety of grains, experimenting with soaked bread recipes and serving them to her unsuspecting family -- who swear they enjoy her bread best of any they've tasted. Recommended Grain Mills

  • Mill just enough flour for one day's baking and use it right after milling .
  • Store unused flour in an airtight container for no more than 24 hours to retain  nutrients.
  • Mill different grains seperately and use as need in mixed grain recipes
